Amy Jones
Dr. Amy Jones grew up in Concord, New Hampshire, and knew from an early age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. She earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College before moving to Colorado, where she spent two years working as a veterinary technician. She then returned to New England to attend the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2002.
After graduation, Dr. Jones practiced small animal medicine in Keene, New Hampshire before joining Henniker Veterinary Hospital in 2006. In 2024, she became the hospital's Managing Veterinarian, where she enjoys supporting both her patients and the dedicated team that cares for them. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients and helping pets live long, healthy lives.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Jones enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her husband, their two sons, three cats, and their dog, Ruby.
