Erin Persons
Dr. Erin Persons grew up in the Albany, New York area and earned her undergraduate degree from Wells College in the Finger Lakes region. Before veterinary school, she spent several years working on a Morgan horse farm, where her love of animal care continued to grow. She went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Midwestern University College of Veterinary Medicine in Glendale, Arizona.
Dr. Persons enjoys caring for a wide variety of animals and has a special interest in small ruminant medicine. Whether she's seeing dogs and cats or farm animals, she loves getting to know her patients and building lasting relationships with the families who care for them.
Outside of work, Dr. Persons enjoys reading, camping, and spending time outdoors. She shares her home with her dog, Daisy, and two cats, and is happy to call the Northeast home once again, where she enjoys the beautiful fall foliage and changing seasons.
