Jennifer Scanlon

Dr. Jen Scanlon grew up in Massachusetts and knew from a young age that she wanted to become a veterinarian. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Brandeis University before attending the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree.

Before veterinary school, Dr. Jen spent a gap year working as an equine ambulatory veterinary technician and as a handler at her local dog daycare, experiences that strengthened her passion for caring for animals of all kinds.

Dr. Jen enjoys helping pets and their families through every stage of life and is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care. She has a special appreciation for building strong relationships with clients and making each visit as comfortable as possible for both pets and their people.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Jen enjoys baking, hiking, exploring new places, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing at home watching a little too much TV with her cat.
